What we receive
Only what you enter in the request form: your name, phone number, the service you chose, a comment if you write one, and the language of the site.
The form does not ask for an email address. No payment details are collected on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, has no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.
That is also why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Why we process it
To answer your request and agree the work. There is no other purpose.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who sees it
Your request arrives in our team's Telegram group so that we see it immediately. Telegram therefore acts as a data processor.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Technical request data such as your IP address is processed by Cloudflare as the hosting provider.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in the Telegram conversation for as long as it is needed to contact you and carry out the work. We delete it on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict processing, and withdraw consent.
To do so, write to deepcleanlatvia@gmail.com. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
